Improving Business

At Schreuders Sport International we continually strive to improve corporate conduct and to make your customer experience as easy and efficient as possible. We also value all custom, regardless of magnitude, and would like this to be reflected in every aspect of our business. To these ends, we are making a number of changes to our company structure, discount systems and processing costs in the near future. Your kind attention please for the following:

1. Wintersport Leerdam BV will be incorporated into Schreuders Sport International BV as of April 1^st 2019 and will therefore cease to exist. There will be very few noticeable alterations for you as our customer other than a name change in any legal documents and, of course, the simplification that per April 1^st 2019, you will receive invoices from Schreuders Sport International BV only. Please make sure to double check the recipient accounts when making payments from this date onwards.
   
   
2. Our discount system is being improved in phases:
   
   - You may have noticed that we have already assumed a new schedule for our regular special offers. Previously, we ran special offers every 2 weeks. We have altered this to a monthly schedule, each month having its own season-appropriate theme. The calendar for the whole year will be made available online soon. Please make sure to (have your buyers) enrol for our mailings via your online client profile so you don’t miss any news or offers. 
   
   - We will change our general season-bound discounting system for winter sport hardware (including but not limited to ice skates, sleighs and snow boots) to become simpler and more user-friendly, while impacting your current prices as little as possible.

As of March 1^st 2019 we will revise the catalogue prices and implement the following system*:

- March 1^st – October 31^st : 20% discount on the catalogue price or, in the case of payment within 8 days: 18% discount on catalogue prices as well as 2% payment discount
- November 1^st – February 28^th : 10% discount on the catalogue price or, in the case of payment within 8 days: 8% discount on catalogue prices as well as 2% payment discount
- If and when solid winter weather breaks through: no discounts applicable with the exception of a 2% cash payment discount (only applicable in Benelux countries)

3. Our current basic delivery costs within the Netherlands increase with order value up to € 500 as follows:
